How does the free trial work?

When you sign up, within 24 hours you get access to all the features in the Basic Plan for 30 days. We do not take any credit card details. We will email you when your trial expires. You can then select a plan and pay by credit card or debit card, or your Paypal account to continue using the product. If you choose not to continue, your account will expire. However, we're positive you'll love it.

What are the different modes of payment?

We accept all major credit cards & debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept payments through WIRE transfers and Paypal accounts. If you'd like us to accept any other form of payments, write to support@scmlog.com or to your account manager or call one of our the customer support numbers.

Can I buy features a la carte? Are there any add-on fees?

We are afraid you will not be able buy any add on feature as of now and you will have to choose the right plan most suited for your business. However, we provide customization services at an additional cost. Please contact us at support@scmlog.com if you need help making the right choice.

Does my subscription gets automatically renewed at the end of subscription term?

Yes. All contracts and subscriptions are by default set to auto-renewal. However, you will get an email notification prior to auto-renewal and you can choose to cancel the contract or subscription at that time. Once the payment is done, Viola, you are back with us, again!

Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?

Yes. SCMLog understands that your requirements change dynamically. You can upgrade anytime and is immediate, just click on ,Modify Plan, from within your SCMLog accounts and chose a plan and the number of resources to update. If you would like to downgrade or cancel just shoot an email to support@scmlog.com or to your account manager directly or one of the customer support numbers. However, please note that you will be able to cancel or downgrade any license subscription only at the end of the subscription term and not in the middle of the monthly payment cycle.

Will my data be private and safe?

We are committed to the protect and secure your data in the seamless integration of applications. Access management of individual accounts is at your discretion and access to data is non-permissible to our Employees or any other third parties. All the data is stored in the MS Azure’s state of the art cloud computing platform. The security standards of MS Azure applies to the application as well. The internal servers of the application are hidden from the external world via Azure Security Groups (Firewall).

What is the minimum number and maximum number of resources I can add to a plan?

The minimum number of resources you can add to a plan is 5 and the maximum number of resources is 999. Need more? Write to us.
