Cyber-VIEW helps to build an extranet for every specific customer where they can have an end-to-end visibility and track their shipments and documents on a real time basis. It provides global access to shipment information including trade lanes over the internet giving complete visibility of consignment.

Order Visibility and Management

  1. Customer Order Processing
    Based on access rights system allows customer to processing the outbound order from warehouse based on the inventory which will enables to create a shipment. The process also involves the fulfillment of the order from the customer forecast.
  2. Order Fulfillment
    System allows the customer and the inventory planning team to have an end to end visibility from customer order to purchase order to shipment order and finally to shipment.
  3. Replenishment level report
    System allows the customer to get the visibility of the products whose quantity level has gone down below the minimum stock level.

Shipment Visibility and Management

  1. Tracking View
    Cyber-LOG system gives an end to end visibility to your customers for viewing the different tracking dates and details. The system also allows configuration based on clients requirement.
  2. Tracking Update
    Cyber-LOG system also facilitates the service providers to update tracking dates for the jobs in bulk if they have outsourced the task to there service providers.
  3. Customized Shipment Detail tracking
    Cyber-LOG system facilitates to configure the visbility based on different clients of the service provider so that their customer can view the required data which they are most concerned of.
  4. Intelligent Traffic Light Calendar
    Cyber-LOG system gives a monthly graphical view of the status of the shipments which had arrived on-time, late and also whose status is still unknown.

Warehouse Tracking

  1. ATP & Inventory Visibility
    System allows visibility to customer about the status of the ATP and inventory position (i.e) goods present in various warehouses across locations so that the customer can plan the further delivery order for distribution centers and retails and replenishment order from other warehouses or generate purchase order to suppliers.
  2. Periodic Transaction
    System allows visibility to service providers customer about the periodic transaction that occurred through the warehouse so that the customer can have a view of his product going in and out of the warehouse.

Customer Updates

The system also facilitates upload of documents that can be a promo or the update about the company or any other documents which the user wants to share with its customers. It is independent of the job and can be manually handled by the user.

Provided a feature of emailing any of the documents as attachments to any of the recipients with provision to type the subject and mail body.
